Film Notes and Highlights
Braden Fiske is a twitchy player who is relentless at the line of scrimmage. The activity jumps out at you – a combination of violence and determination. Fiske has incredibly active hands. His hand placement can be inconsistent however, making it hard for him to get off of blocks (especially in the run game). At times it can also affect his leverage and hinder his bull rush, but it looks like something he tries to work on. Fiske knows how to get skinny facing double teams and adds good variation to his swim move to beat offensive linemen. At Western Michigan, Fiske was a relative sieve in the run game, but seemed to improve at Florida State. Fiske is likely a late Day 2 player used in true pass sets, with the potential to turn into an every-down player. – Thomas Christopher

Florida State DT Braden Fiske has good strength and is absolutely relentless, even dating back to his Western Michigan days. Here he blows up the center attempting the double team, chases down the quarterback and gets the sack. pic.twitter.com/7QujtDza7D
