Film Notes and Highlights
Chop Robinson is an extremely twitchy Edge. He has great strength, has busy hands, and has good leverage when he maintains a square frame against offensive linemen. Robinson has great bend to beat most tackles and is surprisingly sufficient in zone coverage. However, Robinson doesn’t seem to perform well against the run. He also has a tendences to turn his body and initiate contact with his lead shoulder to try and create separation, which often can cause him to be pancaked by opposing offensive linemen. He’ll likely be taken in the first round, but I think he’s a player that needs more polish than consensus will admit. – Thomas Christopher
