Film Notes and Highlights

Jaylen Wright has blazing speed and is able to take it the distance at any time he touches the ball. He showed that in the first drive against Georgia this year. Once he gets through the hole he has good vision on cutbacks and shows off great explosion. Wright is a slasher that at times dances in the backfield and tries to bounce outside too much. In college his speed allowed him to get away with this, but he will need to be more disciplined in the NFL. I was a little disappointed that he was not used in the passing game more because his speed creates a great way to get him in space more. I think Jaylen Wright will be a day two pick but need to be paired with another back that has more power. – Brandon Haye
