Film Notes and Highlights
Nelson Ceaser is primarily a speed rushing Edge, but does provide a great one-handed bull rush attack. He times the snap well, but oftentimes has clumsy hand placement and footwork. His football IQ seems low, whether it’s running into blocks instead of attacking downfield or not being able to see a screen being deployed in front of him. Far too often Ceaser will disappear in the run game, and at times it seems like he’s almost hesitant to make tackles on his own. I have Nelson Ceaser as a fringe 7th round prospect in this year’s draft. – Thomas Christopher
