Film Notes and Highlights
Ricky Pearsall never was able to get over 1,000 yards receiving in a season, but much of that could be contributed to being on average teams with average quarterback play. He has great hands and catches everything that comes his way. His route running is excellent and is able to get great separation. In 2023 his targets were pretty evenly distributed in all three levels and he can make plays at all of those levels. His film shows spectacular plays where he tracks the ball and makes tough catches. He is in my opinion one of the top receivers in the second tier. Pearsall had a much better catch percentage against zone coverage then man coverage. I am interested to see if he can consistently win against more man coverage in the NFL. – Brandon Haye
