Fantasy Football 2021: Add and Stash Week Seven

Week six is in the books and week seven comes in hot with the largest bye week of the season. Bye weeks and injuries may cause some fantasy football managers to panic drop some of their prized possessions. As we always say here in Add and Stash; “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.” These are the players you should be keeping your eye out for Wednesday morning after waivers are through. All roster percentages are via ESPN Fantasy Football.

Quarterback

Russell Wilson SEA (93.3% Rostered | 8% Started | -4.9% Change in Roster Percentage) 

For whatever reason, people are starting to drop Russell Wilson. Now, he still has an astounding roster percentage, but with bye weeks and injuries piling up we could see a dip. Be on the lookout in the coming weeks to see if he hits your waiver wire, especially if your league doesn’t have IR spots. If you aren’t a fantasy football managers dealing with the mid-season madness, scoop him up.

Running Back

Ty’Son Williams BAL (21.3% Rostered | 1.5% Started | -11.9% Change in Roster Percentage)

With Latavius Murray possibly missing time with an ankle injury, Ty’Son Williams could make his way into relevancy once again. Devonta Freeman and Lev Bell both scored this past week, so don’t expect much from Williams. But if you are struggling at the running back position Williams could be a spot start for your team.

Wide Receiver

Brandon Aiyuk SF (60.8% Rostered | 6.6% Started | -10.1% Change in Roster Percentage)

Although not performing to expectation, the ‘Byemageddon’ is upon us. Chances are you are looking for multiple players to fill in your empty roster spots. Brandon Aiyuk is hopeful to be a primary target with George Kittle still on IR. He is a desperate stash if dropped to waivers.

Tight End

Dallas Goedert PHI (73.4% Rostered | 20.7% Started | -9.3% Change in Roster Percentage)

Zach Ertz was shipped out of town and now Dallas Goedert is the lone tight end to receive a massive workload. If you combined both Ertz and Goedert you had a top seven tight end. Now finally you don’t have to worry about one washing out the other. Goedert is a must grab if available.
