Three weeks in a row I’ve gone 1-5. Thursday night has seemed like bizarro world in the NFL, so I’ll try my best to get better from here on out. At this point, I’m going to just go completely against what I believe will happen and see if there’s a change.

NFL Betting: More or Less

Teddy Bridgewater: 230.5 Passing Yards – More

I know Thursday’s have been Bizarro World, but if Bridgewater can’t surpass this yardage mark I’d be fairly shocked. He’s only missed it in one one game – he left the Baltimore game early – and that was against the Jets in a dominant victory. Despite so many Browns being out, I still think this will be a competitive game.

Case Keenum: 220.5 Passing Yards – More

I don’t have much faith in Case Keenum at all, but I’m going against my gut here. Everything tells me Keenum will struggle to put up yardage in an offense that relies heavily on the run. We’ll see if this tactic work and proves me wrong. I’m taking more yardage here.

Courtland Sutton: 5.5 Receptions – Less

Sutton has been targeted more often in recent weeks and producing well. Despite that, I’m once again going against my gut feeling here and taking Less receptions. I’m leaning on Tim Patrick and Noah Fant to put up numbers in this matchup.

D’Ernest Johnson: 60.5 Rushing Yards – More

You’d think I’d have less faith in a 3rd string running back. I don’t think Johnson will put up otherworldly numbers, but someone needs to get rushing yards on this team; and the Browns don’t use Demetric Felton as a running back in their scheme. This will be close, but I’m leaning on More.

Odell Beckham: 55.5 Receiving Yards – Less

I’m completely out on the Odell Beckham train. Regardless of going against the grain, I don’t have faith for him to stay healthy and produce; even moreso when it’s playing with the backup quarterback. He’ll probably surpass this mark though, just to spite me.

Noah Fant: 5.5 Receptions – More

I don’t think the Browns are going to have an answer for Fant. He’s been in somewhat of a pattern this season in terms of production; and admittedly this would be the ‘down week’. That said, I’m going against the grain and expecting Fant to continue to progress into a top tier tight end in the NFL.
