NFL Week 16 Bets, Picks, and Predictions
Harry Prskalo
- 49ers ML (-106)
- Vikings -3 (-110)
- Jaguars ML (+102)
- Mike Evans O 80.5 Receiving Yards
- Jaxon Smith-Njigba O 63.5 Receiving Yards
Mike Evans needs to average 84 yards the next three games in order to keep his 1,000 yard streak alive. There is no way Baker Mayfield does not do everything he can to keep that alive. This week Evans has a nice matchup for a chance to get closer to 1,000 yards.
JSN has been a beast this season and should look to continue this week against the Minnesota Vikings. The last seven weeks JSN has hit this line.
Michael Cavallo
- Steelers +6.5 (-115)
- Rams ML (-165)
- Eagles ML (-190)
- Matt Stafford over 249.5 Passing Yards (even)
- Lamar Jackson +45 Rushing Yards (-130)
Heading into Week 16, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has registered over 250 passing yards seven times out of 14 games. He is averaging 247.4 yards per game and 7.4 yards per completion heading into his matchup against the Jets. The New York Jets let up 294 passing yards to Mac Jones and the Jaguars last week and will have a tall task slowing down Stafford and the Rams.
As for Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, the former Louisville prospect will need to use his legs to defeat the Steelers this week. Jackson is averaging 53.1 yards per game and 6.3 yards per carry. He rushed equal to or over 45 yards ten times this season.
Evan Solomon
- Vikings ML (-166)
- Colts ML (-192)
- Buccaneers ML (-198)
- Baker Mayfield 250+ Passing Yards (+115)
- James Conner 80+ Rushing Yards (-125)
Baker Mayfield has gone over 250 yards in 3 of his last 4 outings, and this week he plays the Cowboys bottom half passing defense. The Cowboys offense has shown signs of life as of recent and the Bucs defense isn’t great against the pass either, so Baker will need to keep up and keep his team’s playoff chances alive.
James Conner gets to play the Panthers’ abysmal rushing defense this week, and he’s rushed for over 80 yards in two of his last three games. He’s a key part of the Cardinals offense, plus there’s a chance they won’t have to do much other than run up the score on the ground in this matchup. Expect Conner to hit over 80 yards on Sunday.
Brandon Haye
- Cardinals -4.5 (-110)
- Lions -6.5 (-114)
- Eagles vs Commanders O 45.5 (-112)
- Chigoziem Okonkwo O 3.5 Receptions (+136)
- Josh Jacobs O 88.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
Okonkwo has only gone over this mark twice this year but last week he had eight receptions against the Bengals. The Colts give up the third most receptions to tight ends and have given up five or more receptions to tight ends in the last three games.
The Saints are giving up over 104 yards on the ground per game and Josh Jacobs is coming off a 94 yard performance against the Seahawks. In two out of his last four games he has had over 20 rush attempts.
