We have not had the Sleeper Picks article out for the last couple of weeks but the overall record is 25 out of 49. Let’s see if we can get back to our winning ways in Week 12!
Patrick Mahomes vs the Las Vegas Raiders
Over 1.5 Pass TDs
I am going back to the well again with the passing touchdown prop. I know the receivers are dropping passes and Patrick Mahomes is not putting up the huge numbers we are used to. But give me the over on this against the Las Vegas Raiders. They are actually fairly good at limiting passing touchdowns but Mahomes had 5 touchdowns in the two games last year. Mahomes and Andy Reid are just too good to not have a bounce-back game this week.
Jerome Ford vs the Denver Broncos
Over 48.5 Rush Yds
I know Jerome Ford has struggled in 3 out of the last four weeks. He has been under 45 yards in three of those weeks but he gets a great matchup this week against the Denver Broncos. They are giving up the most rushing yards in the NFL per game and gave up 81 rushing yards to Alexander Mattison and a struggling Minnesota Vikings running game. With Deshaun Watson out, the Browns are going to want to play defense and run the ball.
Jaylen Warren vs the Cincinnati Bengals
Over 48.5 Rush Yds
The Steelers have a new person calling the plays but I do not think that changes the fact that they want to run the ball. Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren are 1A and 1B, no matter who technically starts the game. Warren rushed for 129 yards last week on only nine carries and has over 80 rushing yards in the last three games. This week the Steelers get a good matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals who give up the second most rushing yards per game.
Rachaad White vs Indianapolis Colts
Over 28.5 Rec Yards
Rachaad White is not that efficient with his carries but has been very involved in the passing game and is getting above 70% of the snaps so far this season. He has over 40 receiving yards in four of the last five games and only missed this yardage in the other game by one yard. This week White gets the Indianapolis Colts who give up the fourth most fantasy points to running backs and allow 20% of the team’s targets to running backs.
Rhamondre Stevenson vs the New York Giants
Over 58.5 Rush Yds
Rhamondre Stevenson has come out slow this season but in the last two weeks, he has over 85 rushing yards. He should be able to have another big day, as the New York Giants give up the fourth most rushing yards in the NFL and the seventh most fantasy points to running backs. The game script against the Giants should be positive so the Patriots should be able to stick with the run all game.
