Underdog Fantasy Week 8 Player Props
Tony Pollard 16.5 Rush Attempts – UNDER
Tony Pollard has not had to emerge as a workforce for the Cowboys this season. In fact, he hasn’t passed this line at all in the last three games. The Rams should keep the game close and cause the Cowboys to be more pass-happy.
Evan Engram 4.5 Receptions – OVER
Evan Engram has continued to be a versatile weapon for the Jaguars. He also gets a strong matchup against the Steelers who have struggled against the tight ends this season.
Jalen Hurts 0.5 Total Yards – OVER
Freebie space. This is an easy add on any slip.
Tyreek Hill 0.5 Rushing/Receiving TD – OVER
Tyreek Hill continues to stretch his streak of continuous touchdowns through the last three games. The Patriots won’t be able to keep up with the Dolphins or Hill.
Alvin Kamara 5.0 Receptions – OVER
Since coming back from suspension, Alvin Kamara has hit this line in two of his last three games. Derek Carr continues to rely on his best checkdown option. Kamara should continue to see heavy targets.
Saquon Barkley 69.5 Rushing Yards – OVER 🔒
Saquon Barkley has spent the entire week being reminded of the last time he played against the Jets, where he had 13 rush attempts for one yard. It’s safe to say he’s ready to live up to the challenge and attempt to lead the Giants to a win in the battle for New York. Spite is a hell of a drug, which is why Barkley is my 🔒 of week.
Jordan Addison 0.5 Rushing/Receiving TDs – OVER 🌶️ (1.25x)
Jordan Addison has arrived! Justin Jefferson is still unavailable and Addison has turned into a true option for Kirk Cousins. The increase in odds should help booster your winnings on your team slips.
Derrick Henry 65.5 Rushing Yards – OVER
Derrick Henry has continued to be the main focal point of the Titans attack. Going against a top defense in the Falcons, the Titans will need to rely Henry. Henry should be able to get 70 in Week 8.
Dameon Pierce 13.5 Rush Attempts – OVER
Dameon Pierce had one of his worst running games of his career last week. Both the Texans coaching staff and Pierce came forward saying the running game was going to improve. The only way that happens is with more opportunity for Pierce.
Justin Herbert 263.5 Passing Yards – UNDER
Justin Herbert has shown troubles against defenses, but the Bears defense is not a top unit in the NFL. The Chargers should easily garner a lead early on, relying on the running game to milk away the clock. Herbert won’t have a bad game by any means, he just won’t be relied on to win the game.
