Another week, another ten props on Underdog. Last week we went a very clean 5-5 and FINALLY had a Lock of the Week hit. As always, use code FFLW to get a match deposit up to $100 when you sign up for Underdog. Let’s get into the Week 4 Underdog Prop Picks selections.
Last Week’s Record: 5-5
Overall Record: 12-15-3
🔒 of the week: 1-2
Travis Etienne Jr. 3.0 Receptions OVER
The NFL starts their International Series with a London game this Sunday. In Wembley, Travis Etienne lines up in a pristine position. Etienne only missed this line this season against the Chiefs, a game he left early due to cramps. Thankfully, that injury has not followed Etienne beyond week 2. This game is also going to be streamed on Disney+ as a Toy Story special, so hopefully we never hear “Andy’s coming!” and fall flat on our faces.
Zay Flowers 4.5 Receptions OVER
Zay Flowers has emerged as the leading receiver for the Baltimore Ravens so far this season, receiving double-digit targets in two of their three games. The Ravens should continue to lean on Flowers this week as both Odell Beckham Jr. and Rashod Bateman are out. The usage numbers are there. Hit the over.
D’Andre Swift 65.5 Rushing Yards OVER
D’Andre Swift has emerged as the leading running back in the Philadelphia Eagles offense. Over the last two weeks, Swift has put up over 100 yards. That includes a matchup against a very good run defense in Tampa Bay. The Eagles offensive line is so far ahead of everyone else in football, soas long as Swift is carrying the rock he should be able to pass this line easily.
Kirk Cousins 283.5 Passing Yards OVER: 🔒 of the Week
Kirk Cousins has been lighting up football fields all season. So I do not see him slowing down against a Carolina defense that is too young to be dominant just yet. While this could be a major win for the 0-3 Vikings, I actually see the Panthers keeping up with Minnesota in a high scoring affair. Cousins will have all of us screaming “You like that?!?!”, which is why he is my lock of the week for these Week 4 Underdog Prop Picks.
Mike Evans 60.5 Receiving Yards UNDER
Mike Evans has been amazing so far to start his contract season. Only one obstacle stands in his way this week: Marshon Lattimore. Evans’ biggest kryptonite has always been Lattimore, and the two weeks they face off every year always has potential for big drama. Unfortunately, it rarely sees success for Evans. Time to stick with the pattern and predict an uneventful day (in the boxscore at least).
Matthew Stafford 0.5 Interceptions OVER
Matthew Stafford has been having issues with keeping the ball pointed at his teammates, throwing two interceptions in back-to-back weeks. Now he faces a Colts team that just upset the Ravens in overtime. Stafford will have a good game statistically, but one pass will get away from him and result in Los Angeles Rams fans dealing with another bone-headed decision.
Cole Kmet 29.5 Receiving Yards OVER
The Chicago Bears were bad last week as they took on the Kansas City Chiefs, who are currently in their Taylor era. However, Cole Kmet still finished second on the team with 22 total receiving yards. Last week’s loss would have been the most humiliating of the week if the Broncos weren’t gashed by the Dolphins. Luckily for the Bears, the Broncos are next up on their schedule in this week’s matchup. Kmet should be able to feast against that secondary.
George Pickens 57.5 Receiving Yards OVER
George Pickens has continued to produce in Matt Canada’s offense after a sluggish start against one of the best defenses in the league in week one. No Diontae Johnson again this week lines Pickens up for more targets against a Houston team that has continued to be in games. If this game is anything like last week’s, expect Pickens to pass this line somewhere in the third quarter.
Brandon Aiyuk 51.5 Receiving Yards OVER
Brandon Aiyuk sat out the San Francisco 49ers‘ last contest on Thursday Night Football. But he is back for a divisional game against the Arizona Cardinals. The 49ers will be without Deebo Samuel and Jauan Jennings, leaving more targets to split in the passing game between George Kittle and Aiyuk. Aiyuk has shown the ability to be a WR1, and I look to see that trend continue in week 4.
Travis “Head Swiftie” Kelce 6.5 Receptions OVER
Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes will look to continue showing defense Look What you Made Me Do on Sunday Night football against the Jets. The duo will continue to build on their Love Story against a Jets team that continues to look to Shake It Off (“it” being a bit of rust). Last week, Kelce was electric against the Bears, leaving a little bit of Bad Blood on the field between the two as the Chiefs surged to a win in Style. I’m not trying to be Mean to the Jets secondary, but your parlays start off as a Blank Space. I think you should write in Kelce’s name.
Look, I know the Taylor Swift song joke was a little much, but I had to cash in on the action. And looking at these props, I can see you cashing in this weekend.
